Shannon Domaille has more than twelve years of forensic accounting experience related to Marital Dissolution Services. She moved to Colorado from Los Angeles in 2010 where she had worked for ten years at one of the top family law forensic accounting firms in the country. The primary emphasis of her experience includes:

Shannon is a certified public accountant and is accredited in business valuation by The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Julie Izard is a CPA, an honors graduate from the University of Denver’s School of Business and holds her Master of Science in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado’s MBA program. Ms. Izard has diversified experience in project management, analysis, and business valuation and has industry experience in technology, banking, defense and non-profits. Ms. Izard has worked for the Federal Reserve Bank as well as the Central Intelligence Agency.
Gary Ryan is a CPA with accreditation in business valuation (ABV). Mr. Ryan has over 20 years experience in the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, estate planning valuation, divorce, litigation and other areas of accounting/consulting. Mr. Ryan has taught litigation and valuation classes through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) for the Kentucky Bar Association CLE program.
Sarah Solano is a CPA with a B.S. in finance and accounting from Oral Roberts University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from ORU as an Honors Fellow. She was among a handful of candidates selected to participate in the elite Forensic & Dispute and Audit rotation at Deloitte. Additionally she has experience as a Manager in charge of Financial Reporting at a Fortune 500 Company and she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial officer for a local software company where she helped to create and build an award-winning culture and remote work environment. Ms. Solano is also a National Merit Scholar.
Sarah Spelts is a Certified Valuation Analyst with seven years of experience specializing in business valuation, forensic accounting, and economic damages. Ms. Spelts has been endorsed as a witness in both district and federal courts and has presented on valuation topics at the University of Denver, the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, Colorado State University College of Business and at various other valuation organizations. Ms. Spelts also taught a course in Economics at Colorado State University. Ms. Spelts’ experience includes derivative analysis, real estate defeasance transactions, and tax exempt bond services. Ms. Spelts holds her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Hastings College. She also has completed Master of Arts coursework in Economics at Colorado State University and has received a Certificate of Graduate Finance from Colorado State University College of Business.
Julia Wyckoff graduated summa cum laude from Metropolitan State University of Denver with her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance. She has experience in research, quantitative analysis, forensic accounting and valuation. Ms. Wyckoff was voted outstanding Economic student at MSU in 2014.
